Not every job fits a cookie-cutter template - and honestly, those are the ones we enjoy most. This was a custom copper outdoor shower with a built-in foot wash, installed right on the covered porch of a log cabin. Simple concept, but the kind of thing that makes a property so much more livable.
The whole idea behind it is practical. If you spend any time outdoors - whether that's gardening, working with animals, hitting the lake, or just letting the kids run wild - you know the last thing you want is all of that tracking inside. Having a spot to rinse off before you ever hit the door is a game-changer.
Copper was the right call here. It fits the aesthetic of the space without looking out of place, and it holds up well over time. The foot wash sits lower on the post with its own shutoff, and the shower head is mounted up top - both fed through the same copper run up the structural post. Clean, functional, and built to last.
This is the kind of custom plumbing work we genuinely love doing. It's not complicated for the sake of being complicated - it solves a real problem and adds something unique to the space. If you've had an idea floating around for your property, we'd love to hear about it.
